Website content is general service information. Submitting a form or contacting dispatch does not itself book transportation or reserve equipment. A shipment requires confirmation of the rate, scope, equipment, timing and applicable terms.
Shipment accuracy
Provide accurate descriptions, quantities, dimensions, weights and handling requirements. Declare dangerous goods, temperature needs and special access requirements before acceptance. Changes to the shipment can affect the proposed rate and transportation plan.
Separate shipment agreement
The accepted shipment documents and applicable transportation agreement govern the actual service. This website does not establish cargo liability limits, claims deadlines or payment terms for a particular shipment.
