Freight services

Less-than-truckload

Freight options for smaller commercial shipments, with space, handling and delivery requirements reviewed before booking.

A practical option for smaller loads

LTL combines smaller shipments within a transport network. It can make sense when you do not need a full trailer, but pallet dimensions, density and handling needs affect the rate. Transit may include consolidation and transfers; confirm the proposed service before relying on a delivery date.

What to send dispatch

  • Exact dimensions of each pallet, including packaging and overhang
  • Total shipment weight and number of handling units
  • Whether pallets can be stacked safely
  • Dock access, tailgate needs and receiver appointments

Package for the handling involved

Use stable pallets, suitable wrapping and clear labels. Tell us if freight cannot be stacked or must avoid transfers. We review the shipment and available transport option before confirming the rate. Do not assume an LTL quote includes residential delivery, inside delivery or unloading equipment.

Before booking

Review the written rate and shipment instructions. Tell us about changes in weight, dimensions, loading arrangements or delivery timing before the truck is dispatched.
